The Castorani Estate, located in the province of Pescara, Italy, dates back to 1793. The Amarino Abruzzo Pecorino DOC Superiore is made from Pecorino grapes fermented at low temperature and aged on the lees for 5 months. It's characteristics are expressed beautifully with minerality and acid tonality. Perfect with seafood, especially lobsters!
The wine is dedicated to the Amarino de Rienzo Silver Pendant given in betrothal in 1926 as a promise of love.
