The Pastrana Manzanilla Pasada is unique in several ways. First and foremost it is the result of grapes from a single vineyard that has been owned by the Hidalgo family since the 1700's that is located between Jerez and Sanlucar. Second it is aged about 12 years. A truly classic Manzanilla with trademark flavors of sea spray from the waves, a bit of nuttiness and a hint of green olive.
