Lezèr means Light. The Dolomiti region has a cool climate with sandy, gravelly alluvial soils. Fermentation is wild and spontaneous. Aging is brief in a combination of cement, steel, old wood and amphora. The wine is unfiltered and the result is a elegant, easy drinking red that represents the terroir perfectly with notes of vibrant fruit and earthy undertones. Each bottle tells a story of dedication to sustainable winemaking practices and respect for the land. Enjoy at room temperature or slightly chilled.
